谋杀和非过失杀人

过失杀人罪

Larceny-Theft:非法占有, 携带, 领先的, or riding away of property from the possession or constructive possession of another. Constructive possession is the condition in which a person does not have physical custody or possession, 但是处于支配或控制某物的地位.
